Mark Campbell, Pharm.D.
President & CEO
Wausau, Wisconsin
Dr. Campbell oversees the development and management of Innoviant
products on all levels, including plan sponsor relationships,
vendor negotiations, and member services.
Prior to launching Innoviant, Dr. Campbell acted as the clinical pharmacy coordinator
for Prudential HealthCare and the director of pharmacy benefit operations for Wausau Benefits.
Dr. Campbell is a respected authority on prescription benefits administration
and has authored numerous articles addressing topics that tie value to the core essentials of industry issues.
Howard Drake
Chief Information Officer, Pharmacy Services Division
Wausau, Wisconsin
Mr. Drake is responsible for the development, implementation, and support
of information technology systems for both Innoviant and Innoviant
Pharmacy.
Prior to joining Innoviant, Mr. Drake was an e-business strategist and
solution architect with Northwood Solutions, Inc. He has over 15 years of
experience as a technical consultant, project manager, and technical
director in the information technology profession. Previously, Mr. Drake
served as the director of information technology and chief information
officer for Innoviant.
Jamie Friedrich, M.S.
Vice President, Operations
Chicago, Illinois
Mr. Friedrich leads a team that directs the daily operations and Innoviant
customer service initiatives, including delivery of Innoviant products and
services. His responsibilities include overseeing the information
technology and client services staff and activities.
Prior to joining Innoviant in 2005, Mr. Friedrich served in a variety of
corporate system development, information technology consulting, and
operational capacities. He has over fifteen years of experience as an
active change agent in operational and program management roles including,
but not limited to, telecommunications, retail, insurance, and the airline
industries. Prior to being named as vice president of operations for
Innoviant, Mr. Friedrich served as the director of information
technology.
Rhonda Grabow
Vice President, Strategic Planning
Wausau, Wisconsin
Ms. Grabow oversees the development and implementation of strategic projects
and processes for Innoviant. She has consulted on a variety of projects,
including Medicare Part D, Health Savings Accounts, specialty pharmacy programs,
and mail order service operations.
Prior to joining Innoviant, Ms. Grabow was a product manager for Wausau Pharmacy Benefits.
She has over 14 years of experience in managed care and pharmacy benefits.
In 2004, Business Insurance recognized Ms. Grabow as one of the top 40
executives in the nation under the age of 40. Ms. Grabow is a member
of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) and the National Association
for Female Executives (NAFE).
Cullen Sloan, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Wausau, Wisconsin
Mr. Sloan is responsible for Innoviant financial planning, as
well as the reporting of internal and external financial results.
Mr. Sloan also oversees the pharmacy network services department.
Prior to joining Innoviant, Mr. Sloan led the financial planning
and reporting for Optical Solutions, Inc. He has over 10 years
experience in internal audit, public accounting, and financial management.
Mr. Sloan earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
Mike McGinnity
Vice President, Account Management
Wausau, Wisconsin
Mr. McGinnity oversees the administration and execution of daily account management and operational issues.
In addition, Mr. McGinnity facilitates the long term planning to meet and anticipate plan sponsor needs.
Prior to joining Innoviant, Mr. McGinnity was a senior account manager
for Nalco Company, a worldwide chemical sales organization. In this position,
he managed the development of sales territories and a team of account managers in the paper industry.
Rich Wipperfurth
Vice President, Sales
Minneapolis, Minnesota
Mr. Wipperfurth is responsible for the Innoviant national sales team and the development and delivery of Innoviant's marketing message.
Prior to joining Innoviant, Mr. Wipperfurth held senior sales positions
with Express Scripts, a national pharmacy benefit management company, and
HealthAllies, a provider of consumer-driven health care programs. He also
spent several years with UnitedHealthCare, performing in a variety of product
management and network development roles.
Mr. Wipperfurth is a respected authority on lowest net cost and transparent pricing and is often a guest speaker for national conferences and seminars.
Mary Jenkins, Pharm. D. M.S.
Vice President, Clinical Services
Seattle, Washington
Ms. Jenkins is responsible for the oversight and development of Innoviant's clinical programs, operations, and clinical account management.
As part of these duties, she supervises the administration of Innoviant programs, such as the Preferred Products List, Wise Choice Rx, Rx Instep, Specialty Pharmacy, and Rx OTC.
Ms. Jenkins' extensive professional experience with product launches, rebate negotiations, and pharmacy operations is an asset to her role.
In addition, she manages all clinical trade operations and is a prominent representative of the Innoviant Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee.
Prior to joining Innoviant in 2001, Jenkins was a clinical pharmacist for Physicians Plus Insurance Corporation, a Wisconsin-based HMO.
She has over 12 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist specializing in pharmacy benefits administration.
Prior to being named as director of financial benefits, Jenkins served as the clinical director of specialty services for the Innoviant strategic planning department.
A native of Eau Claire, WI, Jenkins earned her Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Jenkins is a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy.

Chris Maahs
Vice President, Pharmacy Network Services
Wausau, Wisconsin
Mr. Maahs is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with Innoviant's participating network pharmacies. He oversees the pharmacy network services department, which includes the administration of contract operations, National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) standards, pharmacy rate structures, custom network and configuration specifications, pharmacy MAC management, provider compliance and pharmacy audits. Mr. Maahs has been integral in developing over 40 custom pharmacy network structures for our hospital and health care administration clients with in-house pharmacies, helping clients to realize millions of dollars annually in plan savings.
Prior to joining Innoviant in 2002, Mr. Maahs was a financial analyst with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc.,
providing clients with financial reporting analysis and recommendations. He began his professional career as
a regional manager with Starbucks Coffee Company during their extensive growth in the early 1990s.
Prior to being named as vice president, pharmacy network services for Innoviant, Mr. Maahs served as the director
of network services.
