Medicare Part D - Employer and Labor Organization Options

Beginning Jan. 1, 2006, the Medicare Modernization Act will strengthen employment-based prescription drug coverage by reducing the cost of providing coverage. The new law will enable employers and labor organizations to continue providing their Medicare-eligible members with generous drug coverage at reduced cost. At Innoviant, we have been following the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, to implement this groundbreaking legislation.

Innoviant offers a suite of Medicare Part D services tailored to our plan sponsors' unique desires to continue providing high-quality prescription drug assistance to their Medicare-eligible members. We provide assistance with Creditable Coverage Disclosure Notices, the Retiree Drug Subsidy, and coordination of benefits for Supplemental Coverage.
