Innoviant Specialty Pharmacy Medication Listing

The following list shows common specialty medications managed by Innoviant's Specialty Pharmacy Program (SPP). This list does not imply coverage or treatment benefits. Not all of Innoviant's plan sponsors (i.e. employers, unions, TPAs) are enrolled in the SPP, nor do they cover all products listed here. This list is a product of Innoviant, updated regularly as new medications are approved for treatment and added to the SPP.

Due to the high cost and often complex storage, delivery, and administration of these specialty medications, the Innoviant SPP limits the quantity of these medications to a one-month supply per shipment. Please note: Not all products listed here are necessarily considered at a preferred co-payment, and prior authorizations may be required.

Prescription Solutions Specialty Pharmacy may offer additional services or care management for specific therapeutic categories. We encourage you to contact them for your specific medication(s) regarding additional assistance in the fulfillment of your prescription.

For additional information regarding the SPP list or your plan's participation in this program, please consult your plan documents or call the number on the back of your ID card. We're available to help 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Note: A small number of specialty medications are dispensed through a limited distribution network and may not be available at Prescription Solutions Specialty Pharmacy. If your medication is identified as limited distribution please contact Innoviant's customer service center for assistance.
